Diversified experience
Until December 2009, James Mirasol’s served as Vice-President of Operations (Performance Maximization), for DirectwithHotels, a multi-national hotel marketing and internet booking engine company servicing approximately 1000 hotels in 41 countries world-wide at the time. James currently led a Team of 3 services business units that provided the revenue generating services and customer support, encompassing web design, search engine optimization & search engine marketing, revenue and yield management consultancy and guest support. 
 
In 2005 James was asked to develop the Philippines operations for a US-based medical transcription start-up and developed business models, situated and built-out the local offices, sourced, hired & trained staff and developed execution processes and metrics. Later on, James designed and developed a proprietary work-flow automation system resulting in 600% increase in staff productivity. This work-flow system remains the heart of Trans-Pacific operations and has been key to achieving both quantitative and qualitative metrics via enabling staff and management productivity. 
 
In 2004 James focused on Sales and Market Penetration strategies and operations for customer contact center, focusing on technical support business development for US-based Fortune 500 accounts primarily focused on the Finance and Insurance industries. James also was engaged with an Australian-based architectural supply manufacturing company and implemented a shift in sales focus from B2C sales to B2B sales via mass-housing developments achieving exponential increase in annual revenues. James also spearheaded customer satisfaction and retention programs via personal relationships with customers.


James has also implemented  Change Management and Organizational Development to reposition a 30-year telecommunications civil works company from an exclusively affiliate-dependent organization to achieving a competitive and profitable open-market position, overhauling systems including Human Capital, Finance & Accounting, Administration & Purchasing as well as Sales & Operations, market penetration strategies were developed and successfully executed.
